Kalkidan lives with her parents in a vulnerable community of Addis Ababa. Both of her parents are handicap, her mother is unemployed, and they struggle to provide for the family. Although Kalkidan's father works hard as daily laborer, his earnings are not enough to meet the family's needs and he cannot afford to pay school fees. Without support, Kalkidan's education is at risk.
