Ethiopia

Selam is a kindhearted young girl who loves to help her mom preparing food in the kitchen. She enjoys learning Amharic, the native language of Ethiopia, and had dreams of becoming an artist when she grows up! Sadly, her mothers small income as a daily laboroer in the city of Addis Ababa is not enough for the family to survive, threatening Selam's education and putting her at risk of dropping out of school.
