Yordanos lives with her mother in a vulnerable neighborhood of Addis Ababa. Sadly, her father has abandoned the family and she is raised by a single mother who struggles to provide for the family on her own. Although Yordanos's mother works hard as a daily laborer, she has no permanent earnings to meet the family's needs and she cannot afford to pay school fees. Without support, Yordanos's education is at risk.
