Abdi lives with his mother in an impoverished neighborhood of Addis Ababa. Sadly, his father abandoned the family when Abdi was little and his mother's earnings from doing daily labor are not enough to make ends meet. Without support, this bright boy is at risk of dropping out of school to start working and helping to provide.
