Ethiopia

Mitke lives with her older brother in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Sadly, both of Mitke's parents have passed away, leaving Mitke and her brother to provide for themselves. Her brother does his best to meet their needs, but he doesn't have permanent income and his earnings doing daily labor are not enough. Without support, Mitke is at high risk of dropping out of school to help make ends meet.
